AEC Portals specializes in configuring, deploying, hosting, and supporting customized SharePoint-based content collaboration portals which are specifically focused for use in the Public Utility Capital Projects Engineering and Construction industry, specifically the design engineering and construction phases of the industry. Our Team members have 40 years of combined experience in fitting quality SharePoint solutions to the AEC industry. Team members also have over 40 years of civil engineering experience and 20+ years in project management, database management, collaboration solutions architecture, training, user adoption, and other best-practices security and systems management protocols. This makes for a great partner in creating and converting these mission-critical collaboration systems.

We have developed customized, on a per-client basis, digital solutions and tools including Permits/ROW tracking, design reviews monitoring and tracking, automated workflows and alerting, field inspection applications, and a full range of construction contract management modules (Submittal, RFI, Field Order, Daily Inspection Reports, Work Change Directive, Change Orders, Non-Compliance Notices, Materials Testing Tracking, Compliance Tracking, etc.).
